Support System Engineer

Function:
- Support System Engineer for our Hosted and Cloud Services
- Setup, maintenance, migration and delivery of existing and new Cloud Services
- Resolving technical problems of our customers and partners
- Advise customers and partners on how to use our solutions and software

Tasks:
- You implement and deliver new Cloud and On-Demand Services
- You deliver 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for existing services
- You communicate with suppliers, customers and partners
- You help for migrations and rollouts for new customers and partners
- You deliver customer support by phone and on site

Responsibilities:
- Building SLA based On Demand and Cloud Services
- You migrate new customers successfully
- Resolving simple and complex support tickets
- Follow-up of daily tasks
- Problem documentation and creation of support procedures

Profile:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a System Engineer
- Fluently speaking and writing in Dutch, French and English
- Good communication skills
- You have a “get the job done” mentality
- Good knowledge of Windows Server technologies and networking
- Good knowledge of Citrix
- Basic knowledge of virtualization
- Knowledge of ITIL is a plus
- Driver license B
