Currently we are looking for support engineers which can enforce our team and assist in exciting projects in a dynamic organization.

1st-2nd Line Support Engineer

Function:
- You solve technical issues from our customers concerning the Thinfactory Hosted Services and Solutions.
- You advise customers how to use our solutions and software.
- You have good communication skills in Dutch, English and preferably also French, and you can work in team.

Tasks:
- You deliver telephone and onsite support and services towards our customers
- You register all service requests
- You analyze all incoming request
- You resolve 1st and 2nd line tickets
- You escalate problems to 3rd line and try to help preventing new issues.
- You communicate with suppliers, customers and partners. - You help with rollouts for new customers

Responsibilities:
- Solving 1st & 2nd line support tickets
- Order hard and software
- Follow up daily tasks
- Document issues and create support procedures

Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar function
- Dutch, French and English speaking and writing
- Good communications skills
- Good knowledge of desktop software (MS Office, Windows OS, Networking)
- Knowledge of Citrix is a plus
- Knowledge of ITIL is a plus
- Driver license Cat B

3rd Line System Engineer

Function:
- 3rd line system engineer for our hosted and cloud services
- Setup, maintain, migrate and deliver existing and new cloud services
- Solve 3rd line technical issues from our customers concerning the Thinfactory Hosted Services and Solutions
- You advise customers how to use our solutions and software
- You have good communication skills and can work in team.

Tasks:
- You deliver 3rd line support on existing services
- You implement and deliver new cloud and on-demand services
- You communicate with suppliers, customers and partners.
- You help with rollouts for new customers

Responsibilities:
- Solving 3rd line support tickets
- Build SLA driven On-demand and cloud services
- You succesfully migrate new customers

Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar function
- Dutch, French and English speaking and writing
- Good communications skills
- Good knowledge of Windows Server technologies and networking
- Knowledge of Citrix is a plus
- Knowledge of ITIL is a plus
- Driver license Cat B
